Payment Terms

I require at least 40% of the payment upfront. which is non-refundable The rest is due after project completion. The price and timeline may vary depending on project complexity. Incase of project termination the client has to settle the 3rd party vendor payments such as server cost, domain, designer fees etc. The advance payment made is non-refundable If the price differs from the one displayed on the website you will be contacted and given the option to either: complete your order for the relevant service at the updated price or cancel your order for the relevant service. The remaining balance will be settled upon final approval of the project.

Web development is the core of what I do and I am not at all interested in stealing, selling or revealing the information you share with me. I can willingly sign a NDA or Non-Disclosure Agreement with you for protection and security of your proprietary information. I am abide by these set of rules:

I will not claim rights over design mockups that clients provide.
I will never contact your clients or the clients of your clients.
I can willingly sign a NDA.
All information that you share with me, including artwork, contact information, and client notes will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.

Working Hours

I am based in India at GMT +5.5. All my work is produced locally from Mumbai. I work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM GMT +5.5 Under Super Expedited Order I might be working on weekends for meeting your craziest timelines. If you don't hear from me until the end of your business day, probably I am busy building my logic or recharging for the day ahead.

Emailing Important News

I may include your email address in a mass email list, the purpose of which is to send security updates, urgent messages or important news. Your email address will not be used for sending marketing emails.
